The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in this Agreement) refers to Ampro Computers, B-6/1 Model Town-1, Delhi-110009.
  • Goods  refers to the items offered for sale on the service.
  • Orders means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
  • Service refers to the website.
  • Website refers to Ampro, accessible from https://ampro.in
  • You  means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

The deadline for replacing/cancelling/returning an order is 48 hours from the time you received the goods (subject to approval).

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. And send images or videos of the product. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you might or might not incur some fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns/Replacement

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return or replacement, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were delivered in the last 7 day
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods, which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returns

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or broken, please contact us at info@ampro.in within 48 hrs of the delivery. You will need to provide detailed images and an unboxing video of the shipment showing the defect and the original packaging. Upon verification, we will replace or return your product.
  2. Unboxing Video: You should make an unboxing video of the shipment. It will be helpful as proof for any damaged product received during shipment.
  3. Package Damage Upon Receipt: If you notice any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, please mention the damage in the remark while signing. This information is crucial for us to claim a refund from the courier service.
  4. Wrong Size Ordered or Change of Mind: We do not accept exchanges or returns for products ordered in the wrong size or for reasons unrelated to defects or damage. Please refer to the size chart provided in the product details before placing your order. If you need a different size or item, you will need to place a new order.
  5. Bulk Orders: No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds: Please note that bulk orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Ensure that all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
  6. The reimbursement will be provided within 14 days of the return of the product.

 

RETURN POLICY
We have 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return

 

REPLACEMENT POLICY
If a customer finds any defect with the product, he can initiate a replacement within 7 days of the delivery. (Supporting images or videos will be required to support any defect in the product.).

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
